MECHANICSVILLE, MARYLAND (February
17, 2023) – Congratulations to Jason
& Chris Miller for being named Drag
Illustrated’s “Promoter of the
Year”. They are being recognized for
their vision, organization and
execution of the Haltech World Cup
Finals presented by Weisco. The WCF
is one of the largest independent
drag racing events in the country
and the 2022 event recorded Maryland
International Raceway's first
official sell-out in track history.
Royce Miller, owner of MIR and proud
dad to Jason and Chris stated, “It
was wonderful to see Jason and Chris
receive this recognition, the WCF is
truly an amazing event. They have
nurtured and guided this event for
the last 26 years into the
prestigious national and
international event it has become”.
