Christopher "Chris" Scott Miller, aged 47, of La Plata, MD, and originally from Nokesville, VA, passed away on April 10, 2024, at his home. Born on August 6, 1976, in Manassas, VA, he was the beloved son of Linda Moss Miller and Royce Miller.

Chris was a dynamic entrepreneur, co-owning Miller Brothers Productions, the Xtreme Dragbike Association (XDA), and the World Cup Finals (WCF). He began his career in the drag racing industry when his family purchased Maryland International Raceway in 1990. Starting at the souvenir stand, Chris quickly demonstrated his multifaceted abilities. He advanced through various roles within the company, including ticket sales and office technical support, ultimately leading him to the top of the operation running race control where he achieved the most systematic and competent race administrator in the field.

Chris was a man who was full of life, the comedian of the family, known for his generosity, compassion, and the profound joy he brought to others. His giving nature was as big as his adventures, embracing the times spent traveling the world with friends and family, which he always captured on camera. His Maine Coon cats, Zeequer & Reequer were treasured companions, treated with the utmost affection. A devoted uncle, his love for his nieces and nephews knew no bounds. Chris' radiant smile, personality, sense of humor and kind heart will be deeply missed by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting him.

Chris leaves behind his parents, Linda and Royce; his brother, Jason Miller and his wife Rachel; his sister, Ashley St. Pierre and her husband Kevin; three nieces, two nephews, and numerous relatives and friends.
